Air traffic services campaign

The challenges in this project were serious: to deal with the decreasing number of candidates for the position of Air Traffic Controllers, as well as the mistrust in the recruitment process and the misunderstanding of the profession.

The solution – a complete reversal of the narrative through a targeted image campaign. Finally, besides the pleasure of the job well done, Key Experts Group team also took away the satisfaction that our work supports this so important profession.
